BigDaddy Cool / *Fire*
This afternoon I logged into the console to witness BigdaddyCool playing alone. Keeping in mind that *Fire* is suspect of being Bigdaddy, I grabbed his ip addy. Then asked him if that Bigdaddy was the name he had registered....as I suspected...he fled.
Peeked in a few minutes later and saw *fire* playing with Foo Fighter. Grabbed *fire*'s ip addy and lo and behold....

Now there is a remote possibility that this IP addy belongs to a computer that is used by 2 students.....NAHHHHHH!
He has been banned from the server, and as soon as Cainan deletes and bans *fire* from the memberlist, the server password will change again.
If you havent already, please take a few mins to read thru the new Sticky I added to the Voodoo forum. Im hoping we can set up a "neighborhood watch " type thing where everyone is looking our for the best interest of the community we call Voodoo

Apparently, *fire* is Bigdaddys brother...since I banned him from the server, we have been pming...here is a reply I tried to send him b4 Cainan ( God Bless his German Effiiciency ) deleted the account.

As much as I would like to be all mushy and sensitive and feel bad for banning a potential nightmare, Foo Fighter tells me *fire* wasnt adding much to the game. Having said that, I take your question as a hypothetical one which of course...will go answerless.

I Remember when *Fire* logged in the server a few weeks ago and when I asked him who he was...he changed his name to the Big Daddy name.
Its obvious they have played the name switching game.

You know....
it's real simple. I've asked nicely for people to tell us when they share a machine and gorf asked nicely for people to introduce themselves, and we all made it clear that when people are acting like asses we have very short fuses because the rest of the members seem to like it that way, and so do we.
so, if *fire* can't put two and two together and keep the password from his banned brother and mention that "Hi, I'm not him, but we share the same computer so you might think I am." then he certainly can't expect us to say "oh. well, make sure your bro can't steal the password by starting your web browser profile. welcome aboard."
i'm inclined to tell him to shove off but maybe somebody can talk gorf into letting him back in on the condition that he protect his account password and the server password from lil bro, and with the understanding that BigDaddyCool appearing in the player list will be our cue to delete and ban his ass and there won't be a third chance.
now that i've blown off a lot of steam, i am reminded of a time this weekend when a certain regular logged in as "player" and gave us quite the scare. he immediately logged out, presumably to check settings, and came back with his name set. or something... i have to do that when i come in with Cainan's profile. it may be that several times *fire* logged out, ditched his lil bro's profile and loaded his own profile and came back.
but it sound to me like whether that happened or not, lil bro did actually get back in and that tells me that all the steam i spouted out wasn't entirely off the mark.

First you'd have to talk to me about letting him back on, and i can tell you already that you won't be very successful. i've received 3 whining emails from this dork, and frankly have zero desire to deal with him further.
