Vote the appropriate response. We are really just talking about the formality of letting him know the SCMD password and reading the threads in the regulars forum...I think he plays more than all the regs put together.

As of this writing the results are 86% for / 14% against
Huh....now I sure didnt expect these results. I thought maybe....just maybe someone hasnt played with him that much and may be undecided...but I sure didnt figure there was someone who felt the exact opposite of the other 86% of the poll participants.
So...this brings up another interesting question....
Are we a democracy under a self appointed co-leadership ( Canian and F00 ) with veto power ?
or
Are we a Jury of his peers - where 100% must vote a yes ( in some form ) to bring him into the regs?
I dont think its fair to ask you to break the safety of anonimity, but feel free to post your opinion if you are so inclined

i had the impression in the past that if there were "nays" we talked them through and then either resolved them (and invited the player) or not (and did not invite the player)...
so, i guess that says we strive for u-nanymouse.
i realize this kind of spoils the a-nonymous-ness of the poll but would whoever voted "nay" please stand up and at least PM either gorf, cainan or me with the gripes, which will be considered and/or discussed on this thread as otherwise discreetly as possible?

Why? I feel Smoke has two styles of playing depending on who is around. Nothing malicious or excessively game delaying, and not anything that would cause a “no” vote. Maybe becoming a Regular might even correct it, but does need to be watched by Jane/John Doe.

Based on the 8 to 1 vote...and the lack of a post from the reg who feels
smoke isnt ready...Im inclined to invite him....thats is...once he gets his game back in order.

The only reason Smoke can't get his game to run, is because he's not doing something. I've been racking my brain trying to figure out why he can't get the regular DM levels to work.
Then Idwold sends me 3 private messages asking for help with the mappack.
