For those wanting a DEATHMATCH server
First, I want to say that Cainan and f00 have already provided a truly wonderful gaming environment and we shouldn't bother them for more!
You guys truly rock!!!
That said, if anyone is interested in playing deathmatches, I will have my server running from 3PM to 10:30PM Pacific Standard Time.
Look for Mel's DM
You must also have these maps in order to play
Japan2, Discount Warehouse, LAB, Midnight Massacre, and Snowkill.
4 of them are available at www.nolfgirl.com
Snowkill is available from this link as Nolfgirl is taking their sweet time adding it.

The other maps will be an assortment of the regular maps.
Add the rez to your world resources folder if any of the maps do not come with an installer.
And if you get the cshell.dll error, simply remove any map, (except snowkill) and you shouldn't have a problem.
Or download this mappack as they are all packed in here except for snowkill.

All you would have to do then is delete the ones you have already downloaded, before adding the mappack then go download snowkill and it should work great. 
The game will run at full speed at 10 minutes per level.
Also, if you'd rather have or want a Team Deathmatch, let me know and I'll be happy to set it up.

If you set the custom levels as mods, the regular levels won't work for you.
Put the snowkill rez in the the folder that says resources.

I don't know what to tell you Smoke, other than maybe your settings your off.
You may need to reinstall, add the update and mappacks,
Try to set up your own game and see if they're listed.
And dont put any custom maps in the mod section.
