From what Ive read...you dont get to be the one.....you do get to be a joe schmoe Like Morpheous and Trinity and create your own environment according to how you "live" your life in the Matrix...gaining strenghts and abilities as you go...need to fly a chopper?...ask the operator to upload the ability code for it. Sound familiar?
