lol. if you install developerkit, there is MISSIONS.TXT and COOPMISSIONS.TXT in attributes dir. just make a backup and merge them (i.e. paste the missions you want into COOPMISSIONS.txt and renumber), then modify the campaign file in profile dir to match.
Hm. I may have missed a step when doing this. I installed the toolkit, then copied and renumbered the coopmissions.txt file, bringing it up to 20 missions. I then set the file in the profile dir to have all 20 maps. However, only the original 5 show up. Am I only supposed to select 5 out of the 20?

did you start the server from the main game menu? i seem to recall that doing that will overwrite your profile / campaign with the defaults. you should only start the dedicated server.
Sorry, I have one more question. How did you edit the physics?
well, in the dedicated server window you can type some stuff.
for example, to talk to players use:
say "hi there"
and to get stuff to respawn really fast... type:
respawnscale 900
if you didn't do that already you could find out what it normally is by just typing:
respawnscale
if you up your number of players (say, to the default in the game is to use a default damage factor of 0.2. This is the amount that your damage is reduced and enemy damage is increased for each player. We use 0.1 because if you leave it at the default, the ai's become invincible and kill you just by breathing on you with only 6 players. However, you'll probably never find the settings.... so here they are:

Some of us are. I haven't heard from Mel in a while but I saw her log in a week or two ago. Smoke and DeadMeat have been posting some and playing Cod and/or Guild Wars. I've been healing noobs on Joint Ops nightly and trying to keep the NOLF server online.
