BWAAHAHA!!!

You sir, are a funny man. I nearly cried laughing at you. But Once, I saw something that has yet to be explained.
I was going to get my mail one winter morning, and I had just re-entered my house after getting the mail (It is delivered to my garage). Seconds after opening my door and walking into my back hallway, I saw a human-like figure standing at the base of the stairs of my basement, and it suddenly ran out of sight, into the blackness of the basement. I ran into the house scared shitless, and called my godfather, if I remember correctly. He calmed me down and I ended up locking myself in my bedroom staring at the door, holding a base-ball bat.
I was about six or seven at that time, and it's an odd memory. I always thought it was my grandmother, whom which I never met. She fell down those very same stairs 16 years ago, 3 years before I was born. My mother came to the house (though she was my father's mother) three days later and found her there, I can only imagin what that was like. Anywho, it kind of creeped me out that I was home alone and saw a strange thing down in the same spot, oh well, I hope it'll never happen again, though I always look down there cautiously any time I walk past it.
