I have recently come accross a game in which someone had altered the game to allow a super jump like mode. I know this can be used to find secret places in maps, and indeed go off the map.
So, how can these mods to the games be accessed?

I wasnt aware of any other servers besides Voodoo who were tweaking the game physics like we have been...and still are. Having said that...welcome to Voodoo!
Our standard server has mildly tweaked physics that allow you run alittle faster, and jump alittle higher than a standard NOLF2 server. The tweaked physics are, as you mention, a great way to explore. The commands to do this are console commands and can only be used when you are running a dedicated server and have access to the server console.
From time to time we will set up a special server to offer gameplay that you dont see everyday. For example, recently we had a special server called Cutthroat which was sort of a combination of Coop and Deathmatch where you are required to kill your fellow team mates as well as the AI. Coming up soon, we will have a non lethal server where you will only be allowed to use non lethal weapons against the AI to complete your missions. Look for that special event server because it will offer the "Matrix Like" Jump and run speeds you are looking for.

oh, heh, well servers with those special things are "Special Servers" with magical ponys and talking donkeys drinking out of our toilets and bathing in mud. But you don't see them everyday, usally the hosties can see them. Well, the special servers are those with high jump and fast speed...And i have no idea how to get it that high and that fast...cough,cough. Heh heh. Now i must be NOLFING. Ooooooh wait...ur that dude i saw yesturday. aha i see. Glad you join dude. ok NOW i must be NOLFING.

Either that, or the heat and humidity in Florida, have finally taken their toll on your brain cell count. How did that happen?!?!? I always get Bs in math....and adding is my favorite math....I don't get it...i didn't count that 1st part....Must be that heat/Humidtly.
