My guess is that cernis.cz has a fairly aggressive spider targeting forums all over the place. When it finds one that doesnt require a graphic image feedback check, it registers at the forum and posts a link to itself.
Ive joined a few forums over the last few weeks and noticed that with increasing regularity, you must view a graphic image of text and type the letters into a field in order to register for that forum. These forums do this because the bots that are registering have no cognitive abilities...and therefore...cannot register.
