Go out and purchase a copy of "The Wizard of Oz" on DVD...then do a reverse slow mo frame advance during the tornado scene while listening to Pink Floyd's "The Wall", and you will discover all kinds of NOLF2 secrets. if that doesnt work, tweak the run and jump physics and shut FF off.

getting to the tornado requires finding (i haven't found one yet) a level bug that lets you jump or walk through the fences, or a coop server (i.e. voodoo or one like it) with the SP levels and tweaked game physics.
once you are at the tornado, you need to have FF off or you will probably die on the way down
